We are thrilled to announce that students from Energized for Excellence Academy, Inc. Middle School achieved outstanding success at the NASA STEM Innovation in Schools “Carbon Capture” Challenge, held on December 5, 2025 at Space Center Houston.

• 🏆 Top Individual Award – Middle School Category Congratulations to Chloe Vallejos (7th grade) for earning the Top Individual Award, a remarkable achievement that showcases her innovation and dedication.
• 🎖️ Honorable Mention – Middle School Category Our talented team — Tamana Hakimi (8th grade), Daisy Molina (8th grade), Jose Chitic (8th grade), Allison Salgado (8th grade), Hemen Andarge (7th grade), Liyat Tilahun (7th grade), Nathaly Aguilero (7th grade), and Jefferson Castro (7th grade) — received Honorable Mention for their collaborative efforts and creative solutions.

This accomplishment reflects the brilliance, teamwork, and commitment of our students in tackling real-world STEM challenges. We are incredibly proud of their achievements and the way they represented Energized for Excellence Academy, Inc.
